Over time, most of our clients enter into one of our Guardian Contracts, which offers them a Preventive Maintenance program designed to keep their network running and drive down their total IT costs. Our Guardian Program is available in three standard packages, as well as our Guardian Platinum program.
The Guardian Platinum is for a client who wants to outsource all or a significant part of their IT infrastructure to TechWise. The Platinum program offers all of the benefits of our Gold program but includes a layer of project management and IT consulting skills unique to an outsourced situation. In addition, Platinum clients receive a 20% discount on included and additional hourly rate services.
Because we are focused on working with small businesses, our consulting rates are geared towards small businesses, so where you may be paying $100 - $175 an hour for a consultant now, you could be paying $80 - $95 for a more qualified, Microsoft Certified consultant with TechWise Group. Our rates alone could save you a substantial amount of money.
